The Arizona Supreme Court has declined to take up a lawsuit by the state Republican Party arguing that early voting is unconstitutional.
The high court said the state GOP could file its lawsuit again in a lower court, however.
The party's lawyers argue that voters should only be allowed to cast a ballot in person on Election Day.
That would upend how most Arizonans vote.
In the last presidential election, 88% of voters voted early either in person or by mail.
