Just 24-hours after US District Judge Susan Bolton put parts of Arizona’s immigration law on hold, the state has appealed the injunction. Governor Jan Brewer is asking the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn Judge Bolton’s ruling. Governor Brewer says she has no intention of backing down in this fight with the federal government.
