House Bill 2788 changes who can give money to political campaigns in Arizona. Current law prohibits corporations, limited liability corporations (LLC), or unions from contributing money or anything of value to a candidate or campaign. However, in January the US Supreme Court issued a ruling allowing corporations to contribute to campaigns. HB 2788 brings Arizona law into line with the ruling.
