House Bill 2307 - Arizona Manufactured Firearms

March 30, 2010 | AZPM

House Bill 2307 exempts firearms and ammunition manufactured in Arizona from federal regulations, including registration, so long as the weapons and ammunition in question do not leave the state. HB 2307 is part of a larger movement trying to assert the state’s sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the US constitution.
