Tucson City Court will host a warrant quashing event on Friday, July 11, 2025, to help residents resolve outstanding warrants. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tucson City Court, 103 E. Alameda St.
The event offers three ways to resolve warrants:
-
Schedule an Appointment (Preferred): Residents can schedule an appointment for a case review by the City Prosecutor. Eligible cases may be resolved the same day. Appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and are recommended for smooth processing. The deadline to schedule is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
-
Appear by Video (Zoom): Those unable to attend in person may request to appear via Zoom. Appointments are required for video appearances, with instructions provided upon request.
-
Walk-In (Without Appointment): Walk-ins can check in at the Court lobby between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. after which court dates will be rescheduled for a later time.
To make an appointment, residents can register online, email tccweb@courts.az.gov, or call (520) 791-3260. Be ready to provide full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email.
In addition, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., social services providers will be available in Courtroom 605 on the 6th floor, offering assistance with housing, mental health, substance abuse, and more.
Those unable to attend can still visit the courthouse during regular hours to schedule a future court date. For more information, visit the Tucson City Court Website.
