The annual University of Arizona College of Science lecture series returns to Centennial Hall this week. It’s celebrating its 20th anniversary.

College dean Carmie Garzione says much of the event’s appeal comes from the enthusiasm of the presenters themselves.

"We love sharing our passion of science with the audience, and we hope that people will come and be ready to laugh and learn and enjoy the company of a community in Tucson that absolutely loves science," she said.

This year’s theme looks at the science of communication and how it plays a role in our everyday lives. The series runs every Thursday night in March at 7pm.
